Samuel Apata

Lead Developer

Samuel is a dedicated instructional designer with over 9 years of experience developing and retaining talent for small, medium and large organizations. He has a graduate degree in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Samuel is well versed in creating motivational and meaningful learning that develops skills and inspires better performance. His goal is to provide customers with creative solutions for their unique challenges and help them leverage technological advances in their employee training programs. He is also a regular contributor to the Articulate E-Learning Community and currently leads a Special Interest Group (SIG) session on Instructional Design at ATD Fort Worth Mid-Cities.

Shoshi Osiatynski

Content Developer

is experienced in translating complex content on subjects ranging from technical to academic into easy to follow testable learning elements. These teachable modules can be used online and in person presentations, courses, and classes. She has over 9 years of instructional design experience and four years of management experience. Prior to working at American Airlines, she completed a Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington so she could better understand the psychological and motivational factors that lead to sustainable change.

Kristina Rogers

Project Manager

As an eLearning project manager and Adjunct Professor, Kristina advocates for all things of the learner; always pushing for clarity of communications and interactive learning opportunities to enhance skill and knowledge. She structures, create, and teach curriculum that helps learners build from their past experiences, relate to their immediate present work, and authentically assess their efforts so they align with meeting future goals.

Blanche Allen

Senior Technical Writer

Blanche is a highly experienced Senior Technical Writer, Learning Consultant, and Instructional Designer with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including IT, mortgage, aviation, automotive, and healthcare. With a passion for creating captivating, innovative, and engaging content, Blanche excels at crafting learning experiences tailored to audiences of varying knowledge levels. She firmly believes in empowering learners to unleash their full potential. Blanche holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science degree from Murray State University. Complementing her academic achievements, she has earned an Instructional Design certification from the University of Wisconsin and recently obtained a Graphic Design certificate from Southern Methodist University.

Cassie Douglas

Content Developer

Cassie is a Learning & Development Professional with strong knowledge and expertise in building online and in-person training curriculums from scratch, facilitating trainings, and helping companies to achieve results through improved processes and performance. She is well-versed in training curriculum creation including new hire & onboarding, technology & systems, employee engagement, processes & procedures, management & leadership, needs assessments, new location openings, LMS new system rollout, human resources, performance & career development, and more.

David Gilbert

Voiceover Artist

David is a professional voice talent who has been helping corporate clients connect their messages to their audiences since 2016. He is a single father of two young adults and lives in the Greater Toronto area in Canada. He previously spent 24 years in a variety of sales and marketing roles in the consumer goods industry. David is a creative and curious fellow who always likes to ask the biggest question there is: why!

Tiwa Adekanmbi

Instructional Designer/Project Manager

Tiwa is an instructional designer and porject manager with over 4 years of experience. She is able to quickly assess learners needs, design eLearning and develop effective solutions that meet learning goals while working closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs). Tiwas also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's degree in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has developed serveral eLearning modules for clients in different industries.
